The Process
The real estate/inspection process (typical) :
- Buyer and Seller agree to conditional Purchase Contract.
- Buyer has 3 business day Attorney Review period.
- Buyer has 10 business day Inspection period.
- Buyer Chooses an Inspector.
- Buyer, Inspector, Selling Agent and Listing Agent agree to inspection date and time.
- Buyer downloads, prints and completes the Pre-Inspection Contract.
- Buyer brings copy of Seller Disclosure to the Inspection.
- Inspection is performed (3-4 hours on-site).
- Buyer pays Inspector at end of inspection via credit card, check or cash.
- Buyer receives Inspection Report(s) within 24 hours electronically (*.pdf format).
- Buyer/Agent(s)/Sellers negotiate Inspection results, if applicable.
